JUMBLE SALE

ALL SAINTS' CHURCH. A most successful'jumble sale in aid of All Saints’ Church funds , was held in tbo Sunday schoolroom on Saturday. Tables set around the room were covered with a large variety of useful articles, including baby’s cot, heaters, pea-shel-ler, pictures, syphons, ornaments, etc., while the selection of personal wear ranged from socks to men’s suits. An attractive display of produce was soon disposed of by the willing band of Indies, who were kept busily engaged during the afternoon. Miss Newman, who organised the function, was assisted bv Mesdames Ax, Briden-Jones, Cutler, * Dawick, Blockley, Driver, Schwartz, Marsh and Misses Turner and Harwood. Goods not disposed of will be sold next Saturday.
