TWO MEN FINED.

HELENSVILLE, March 6. At the February sitting of the Magistrate’s Court, Joseph Bailich and Marko Buljan were both charged with selling New Zealand wine at Pukehuia. Bailich was the holder of a winemaker’s license at Henderson; Buljan was his agent. The magistrate reserved his decision. Yesterday he convicted both defendants. Bailich was lined £25, plus costs, and Buljan was fined £ls, plus costs. Mr Bramwell, solicitor for defendants, gave notice of appeal. $
