WHAT BRITAIN WANTS. ENOUGH TO MEET HER OWN LIABILITIES. Received February 9, 10.50 a.m. PARIS, Fob. 8. It is understood that the British Note to France regarding the latter's debts is a concise document, elaborating the principle that Britain requires no moro from tho Allies and Germany than necessary to discharge tho British debt to America. It is probablo that M. Ciemcntel will also visit America concerning the war debts.—A. and N.Z. cable.
