NAVAL BILL.
COMMITTEES TO REPORT. WASHINGTON, Feb. 4. The Senate and House have now agreed to joint committees to report on tho Naval Appropriations Bill, completing legislative action. The bill now goes to the President with all provisions for tho Australian and New Zealand cruise remaining as when reported by the Senate appropriations committee.—A. and N.Z. cable.
