CORPORATE CONTROL.
Per Press Association DUNEDIN, Feb. 5. In addressing the Anglican Synod, Archbishop Julius expressed the conviction that the scheme of corporate control of the liquor traffic provided no security whatever, either for genuine reform or effective control. It might perhaps advantage the trade, but it would certainly do serious harm to the community.
