RICH MAN'S SUDDEN DEATH. CHICAGO, Dec. 24. The State authorities have decided to prove the circumstances of the death early in December of William • Nelson McClintock, the millionaire orphan, whoso death from typhoid occurred within a few hours of the time set for his death-bed wedding ceremony with Miss lsabelle Pope*, his boyhood sweetheart. By his will he left- an annuity of £I6OO to her, while the entire remainder of his million-dollar estate went to William Shepherd, a lawyer, who was thu foster-father of young McClintock. •
