NEW YORK SHARES FLUTTER. MOVEMENTS EV MILLIONS. NEW YORK, Dec. 22. The Wall Street boom continues without sign of a permanent break. Since tho Presidential, election 75,000,000 shares have been sold, and 20 days witnessed business covering more than 2,000,000 shares each—an unprecedented record. Trading and railroads stocks have averaged highest quotations in seven years. The American Telephone and Telegraph Corporation added 60.000,000 dollars to the face value of its stock—on market movements; the United States Steel Company 50,000,000 dollars; the Southern Pacific Company, 40,000,000 dollars; Nash Motors shares advanced 47 points, or by 12,000,000 dollars, and Woolworths by 12,000,000 dollars..
