MALARIA CURE.

DISCOVERY REPORTED IN MEXICO. TAMPICO (Mexico), Nov. '2l. A malaria cure is believed, to have been discovered by Dr George Hooper. A drug called mercuroclnone, or red analino dye, has been employed successfully in numerous cases. When it was first administered in chronic cases in September a marked improvement was noted in 48 hours. An instance is recorded where 40 injections of quinine were administered with little noticeablo effect, while the disease disappared after a single Jay’s treatment bv mercurochrone. 'Dr Hooper and other physicians refuse to deny or confirm the discovery, saving that "it is a matter for the medical academies to announce first, but ‘it is definitely know that it has been used successfully for several months.
