Professor Berricdalo Keith, in a. letter to tire Morning Post, expresses'the opinion that it would have been better if the Egyptian demands had been formulated after full consultation with the Dominions. The difficulties of. consultation ou foreign policy were very great, but the sooner they were overcome the better for the Empire.—A. and 15..<5. cable. • ;;
