The Government meteorologist telegraphed to-day : —The indications arc for variable and moderate breezes, but northeily winds moderate to strong, prevailing and freelie'nitig. Milder weather, with increasing hu/.e and cloudiness for a change, is to he expected. The barometer will be falling soon.
