ELOCUTION FOR CLERGY.
LONDON, July 5. The Archbishops of Canterbury and York support a proposal lo provide the clergy and ordination candidates with tuition in voice-produotion. Laymen, they say, have long suffered from the infliction of listening to clergy unable to read and preach with clearness, sympathy and reverence.
