PATIENT ALLOWED DAMAGES. Received Juno 11, 1 p.m. PARIS, June 10. The Court ordered a hospital surgeon to pay*lo,ooo francs damages to a patient who had to undergo a second operation owiiijj to a piece of gauze being left in the incision during the first operation.—A. and N.Z. cable. *
