DRIVING WHILE DRUNK.
Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL, June 11. Joseph Kilkelly, for driving a motor car while drunk, was released on 12 months' probation on condition that he never drives a. car and taies out a prohibition order. Accused collided with a post and counsel said tho damage would cost him £IOO. His Worship remarked that northern Magistrates wero sending offenders to prison, and next time probably he would.
