LONG LIST OF CONVICTIONS

A sentence of three years’ reformative detention was imposed in the Supreme Court at Wellington in the case of Jesse Wilbur- Winslow, 38, an American citizen, who had been before the court for various offences on many occasions. His Honour warned the prisoner that he could declare him an habitual criminal. Winslow appeared for sentence on charges of theft from a dwelling at Palmerston North.
