ALLEGATIONS IN AMERICA. Received March 20, 11.40 a.m. WASHINGTON, March 19. Orr, a New York advertising agent, testified to the Senate Committee that ho often breakfasted with Daugherty and Smith. Orr said that he had 20 per cent interest in the Carpentier fight films. Hp declared that he made payments totalling 200,000 dollars for the release of liquor. He' said he did not know what became of the money except that it wus for bribes to keep cases out of the law courts. He always gave such moneys to Manmngton, a friend of Daugherty.—A. and N.Z. cable.
