PROTECTION OF FRANCE.
REORGANISATION SCHEME. PARIS, March 19. The bill for the reorganisation of the army which has been introduced in the Chamber of Deputies provides for an active army of 32 divisions in addition, to special troops which are divided into 16 army corps. Ten divisoins would be stationed in the Rhineland.—A. and N.Z. cable.
