LEAVING GERMANY.
EMIGRANTS TO S-OUTH AMERICA
COLONIES IN PARAGUAY,
Received March 18, 10.25 a.m. BERLIN, March 17. Cologne reports state that emigration to South America from YY'est Germany is largely increasing, and thousands have gone to Brasil during the last six months. Seven thousand are leaving Baden and YY 7 urtemburg for Paraguay, where the Government has granted each man -from 25 to 30 acres alongside ihe railway. The emigrants are taking the necessary agricultural and domestic equipment and intend to establish a colony of Badeners and YVurtemburgers.—A. and N.Z. cable.
