HORSE BACKS INTO WINDOW.
FRIGHTENED BY CYCLIST. HAMILTON, Jan. 26. A boy fell off a cyole in London street, Hamilton, to-day, causing a horse in a gig following close behind to become restive. The driver, Mr James, in order to steady the animal, held the reins too tightly, with the result that the horse backed the gig into a front window of a dairy shop, smashing both panes of the plateglass window ana the frame. The window was valued at £2O.
