ACCOMPLISHED IN AMERICA. Received October 27, 9.15 a.m. WASHINGTON, Oct. 26. A message from San Diego, California, states that Captain Smith and Lieutenant Richter, of the United States Army, flew over Tia Juana for 12 hours 13 minutes after a 1280_ miles’ non-stop flight from the Canadian to tho Mexican borders. They replenished their fuel three times. The flight was part of a practice for the Pacific to the Atlantic non-stop journey shortly to be attempted.—A. and N.Z. cable.
