HEAVY FLOODS IN COLORADO.
VANCOUVER, Aug. 24. A thousand peopb tre homeless, and damage estimated at 1,000,000 dollars has been caused by a flood in tho Apishapa and Arkansas rivers, which burst the dam constructed under an 'irrigation scheme, says a message from Fowler (Colorado).
