SOME DISTRICTS FLOODED. Received September, S, 11.40 a.m. SYDNEY, Sept. 8. Further heavy rains have lallen over ft great portion of the State. Income districts the lowlands are flooded. The feed crop outlook is exceptionally good, though the continued cold weather is retarding growth. —Press Association.
