RIOTING IN SAVANNAH.
MARTIAL LAW PROCLAIMED. Received June 21, 12.45 p.m. NEW YORK, June 20. According to a Savannah telegram, martial law has been declared, billowing a night’s rioting in the attempt by a mob to storm the gaol to lynch a negro charged with assaulting a white woman—A, and N.Z. cable.
