HOUSE TO SIT ON MONDAYS, (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Juno 21. Replying to Mr Milford in the House of Representatives to-day, Mr Massey said that lie proposed to go on with the debate on the Address-in-Reply until it was concluded. This he hoped would be before Monday night. Ho then moved that the House meet on Monday at 7.110 for the transaction of business and the motion was agreed to. In further reply to Mr Milford, Mr Massey said that as soon as the debate on the Address-in-Roply was completed ho proposed to bring down the I'iuancial Statemtnt, but at the same time lie intended to preserve the rights of private members and give them an opportunity of placing their bills before the House. He had always sought to preserve the rights of private members.
