Received June 1, 1.55 p.m, LONDON, May 31. Butter is in better demand for best qualities, but secondaries are very slow. New Zealand choicest 144 s to 1465, Australian 136 s to 138 s, exceptionally good 140 s, unsalted about 2s premium. Cheese is firmer. New Zealand 86s to 88s, Australian 78s to 82s. —A and N.Z. cable.
