ASYLUM IN RUSSIA

The Morning Post’s Russian correspondent says the Soviet Government has decided to offer an asylum to all fugitives from justice from the western bourgeois Imperialist countries. A special society has been formed for their welfare, and a big Moscow house has been already placed at the disposal of 354 fugitive's from Europe and America, where they have been convicted by criminal courts, also several wanted Englishmen who lied from their country.—A. and N.Z. cable.
