NEW PLYMOUTH, April 13
The professional golf tournament was continued to-day in excellent weather conditions. The first round of the championship and concurrently the Myers challenge cup, first round, resulted: Shaw 71, Brookes 76, Hood 76, Ham 77, Clements 79, Butters SO, Blair 82, Moss 82, Greig 88.
