It appeals to the Prime Minister to submit to the king the madvisabilitv of the visit and calls upon the Government immediately to withdraw the British Envoy to the Vatican, seeing thai diplomatic relations with the Pope are an infringement of uhe constitution and a grave menace to the welfare of this Protestant Kingdom."—A. and N.Z. cable.
