THE MORNING'S PLAY.
The North Island chainpionhsip croquet tournament was continued this morning, the following games being decided: — Championship Doubles.—. Miss Hesketh and J. Murray beat Mesdames Fuller and Morrah, 26-12; .Mesdames J. Kenton Watt and McDowell beat Mesdames Lowery and Rhodes Williams, 26-17. Handicap Doubles.—. Mesdames Pitrnithlev and Watkins beat Mesdames Hannah and A. W. Young, 2(1-16; .Mrs Fuller and Caughley beat Mesdames Spring and Thornley, 26-12; Mrs Melt ae and Stratton beat .Mrs Cook and Rhodes Williams, 26-10. Handicap Singles.—.Section A: S. S. Blackburne beat Mrs Sinclair; Mrs Pitcaithley beat Mrs Rhodes Williams; Section 0: .Mrs J. Young beat Mrs Watkins. Section J: K. McDonald beat Mrs McLeod; .Mrs Rigg beat .Mrs Million ; Caughley bear Mrs Bull.
