TWO DISTRICT CASKS. A petition in bankruptcy has boon filed by Cecil Maud Flynn, confectioner, of Foilding. In the .statement presented by (ho bankrupt to the Deputy Official signee, tho nmount due to unsecured creditors is shown as £194 4s Bd, while secured creditors’ accounts total £169 2s Id. Heard (Auckland) £9 11s sd, Garland, Ltd. (Auckland) £2l 13s lid. Gas Company, Ltd. (Peildmg) £3 14s 9d;‘total, £194 4s Bd. The only secured creditor is S. W. R. Evans (Palmerston North) £169 2s Id. Wilfred Frank McDonald, carrier, boxton, lias also filed a petition. Ihc stateinent furnished by tho bankrupt shows the ainouni due to unsecured creditors to be. £IO4O, while secured , creditors total £IOOJ. The estimated value of securities is £*.596. Book debts amount to £ls and are estimated to realise £lO, which, together with the surplus from securities in tho hands of the secured creditors, will leave a margin of £497 after making full payment lo the .unsecured creditors. A meeting orcreditors has been set down 1 for April 6. Ihe unsecured creditors are: Dalgety and Go., Ltd. (Hamilton) £29, 11. Windson (larnahere, Hamilton) £135, A.
