QUEEN'S- PARTING MESSAGE. Received March 23, 1.30 p.m. LONDON, March 22. _ Fifty Barnardo orphan girls, vsho are sailing for New South Wales on Wednesday, were received by the Queen at Buckingham Palace. Her Majesty in a speech said in wishing them goodbye and good luck: "I would like to say to you: 'You always be cheerful; make the best of things; remember that life is made up of loyalty to your friends, lovalty to your King, and above all. (for tliat holds all tho loyalties together) loyalty to your God. Yours will Be a healthy outdoor life, perhaps somewhat strange at first, but you must not be disheartened.
