MR MASSEY’S “ DOUBLE.”
MORRINSVILLE, March 21. _ Morrinsville possesses a popular citizen who bears a striking resemblance co the Prime Minister. When this gentleman entered the theatre at Sir Joseph Ward's meeting last night rounds of applause greeted him, indicating that the audience appreciated a joke, and that although Mr Massey was not present in person there was no reason why they should not evince their admiration for him by giving his "double" a hearty reception. The interlude caused much merriment, and the object' of the audience's flattering attention took it all in good part.
