Tho fortnightly dances held by tho Palmerston North Band have become increasingly popular, and at Saturday night’s function there were 165 couples present. Tho excellent music provided by the members of the band assisted materially towards the enjoyment of the evening. Extras * were played by Miss Lloyd and Air Paul. '
