WEDDING.

\ pretty wedding was solemnised at the C.'ubfc Street Methodist Church on Jwie 28th bv the Rev. A. Ashcroft, the contracting parties being Miss Annie league, second daughter of Mr and Mrs » • n. Teague, of Kairanga, and Mr h red. Alar shall,, of Aratapu, Northern Wuiroa. Hie bride who was given away by her lather, wore a simple frock of white crepe de clione with pearl embroidery; also the orthodox wreath and veil daintily arranged with pearls, and carried a beautiful shower bouquet of palest pink carnations and maidenhair fern artistically caught with while streamers. She was attended .by Miss Alma Collis, who wore a charming frock of heliotrope georgette embroidered with silver beads, with black hat to match, aha wearing a handsome gold brooch, the gilt ol the bridegroom. Hei bouquet consisted of pink camellias and asparagus fern damuly an tinged with pale heliotrope streamers. Ihe bridegroom was attended by Mr J ll.iwr.e, of Longbiirii. The guesls, numhenng over 50, were entertained at a sumptuous wedding repast. Ihe bride's travelling appaiel consisied of a smart tailored navy costume, with black fur. and navy hat to match, carrying a serviceable handbag, the gdi of t!ig bridegroom, ihe happy pair "etc the recipients of many valuable and useful presents.
