MAY BE RESTORED. Received July 11, 8.45 a.m. PARIS, July 10. The Journal de Bats's Hague corn* spondent states than M. Krassin, in an interview with Sir P. Lloyd Graerao, declared that the official declarations of tho Soviet delegation might be considered null and void. Ho added that privately it would be possible to restore 90 per cent, of the expropriated private property, although the delegation was obliged officially to refuse to admit it. —Reuter.
