The monthly meeting' of the Palmerston North branch of the P.P.A, was held last night, when Mr G. Harford, Dominion vice-president, delivered an address on the attitude of (lie P.P.A. at the coming elections. The speaker gave, a short resume of the Dominion conference held recently and stressed the fact that the P.P.A. was not bound to any party. A vote of thanks was accorded Mr Harford at the conclusion of his address,
