MAJOR BLAKE’S PROGRESS'. HOME, June 24. Major Blako reached Pisa aboard his now D.1i.9 ihreo-soater, which only arrived at Marseilles on Friday morning lrom London, lie hopes to proceed Pt Romo this afternoon. Colonel Broom has given up his place in order to go to the Alaskan coast and lay dumps of petrol and provisions and arrange lor tin 1 escorting of the craft over this diliicult part of the route. His place on the plane will probably be taken by Malius, the photographer.—A. and N.Z. cable.
ARRIVAL AT ROME Received June 26, 8.5 a.m. ROME, June 25. Major Blake lias arrived here on his round the world flight.—A. and N.Z. cable. AVIATOR ARRIVES AT NAPLES. Received June 26, 9.40 a.m. ROME, June '2-5. Major Blake arrived m Naples safely. Me covered the distance from Marseilles in 13 hours. He flies to Athena to-morrow.—A. and N.Z. cable.
