RECORD DEAL IN CHOCOLATES
There is no sweet that has coma into popular favour to the same extent as the chocolate, and no function is complete with, out a supply of these delicious sweetmeats. During the war the price of chocolates mounted up, and the good kinds of English manufacture were only procurable by thost having plenty of money to spare. Lately there has been a lot of loose English chocolates dumped on to the market in order that they might be got rid of before the new and fresh supplies arrive. Dustiii's, Ltd., probably the largest purveyors of chocolates in the North Island, would not touch that class of sweet, but lately they got in on a big line of fresh English tinned chocolate) for the Waugaiiui, Palmeraton and Wellington shops, and the deal is claimed to be the biggest and most important that has ever taken place in New Zealand. These supplies are of tiie best English make, and when it is stated that chocolates of the standard of "Queen Mary" brand can be procured for 4s per lb in closely sealed tins, some idea of the value of Dustin's deal in chocolates can be imagined. A reference to the advertisement elsewhere and a glance at Uuntin'a chocolate windows, will prove convincing that thU important firm is out to givo patrons fullest advantage of the big deal matte. The Window display is very comprehensive, and no doubt there will be a big run on local supplies, particularly as the price is down to pre-war rates.
