IN BANKRUPTCY.
The petitions in bankruptcy of two farmers of the district have been filed with the acling-Deputy Official Assignee in Palmerston North, those being Owen Bandilands Tyermun, Palmerston North, and Frederick Walter Allerhy, Colyton, Tim only secured creditor in the estate of the latter is G, Chandler, farmer, Newbury, £BOO. The chief unsecured creditors in the sumo estate are:—Levin and Coy. (Building), £148: A. Funston (Colyton), £34 10s 6d; W. G. Pearce (Colyton), £25; New Zealand Farmers’ Distributing Coy. (Feildjug), £3O 3s; Dr. Willis (Feiltling), £25; J. Scheldt (Feiltling), £33 9s lid; A. Palmer and Coy., Ltd. (Palmerston North), £23 15s 8d; Bray Bros. (Wellington), £3B Is Id. The total unsecured is £519 10s 9d.
