SEVERE STORM IN JAPAN.
DESTROYER FORCED ASHORE. TOKIO. Mnicli 20. A revere storm swept over Southern Japan and caught Lite battleship Seltsti in an inland sea when the Km press was aboard, returning to Kobe irom a tour of the Imperial shrines, where she had gone to pray lor the recovery ot the Kmperor. The battleship •successlnlly laboured through the storm, hut the destrover Warahi was forced ashore on Shikoku Island. The Settsii was the first battleship that was wholly Japanese built 1 .- Houter.
