Stout, S.M., presided over the sitting of the Magistrate's Court this morning. Frank Kellorman and Milton MeMullaii were charged with using threatening behaviour in Main street ai 6,30 p.m. on Monday and each was fined £2 and costs. JUDGMENT SUMMONS.
