BOY SCOUTS.
I The members of Ihe “Raven Troop' 1 Boj Scouts under the command of their Scout' master, Mr ('. F. Whittington, intend trekking to Makttri during the New Year holidays. The journey will lie made over the I’ahiatua track, through Pahialna to Makttri, and the return t rip via Woodville and the Mama wain Gorge. The boys will carry the necessary tents and provisions on their bicycles and, given good weather, should have a splendid outing. The central troops now camping in Park road are gagerly anticipating visitors 1 day. to-morrow and Sunday. The camp will disperse next Wednesday.
