Constable Suitor resented (lie request, and the visitor laid iiim out, with an iron bar. After that he raced down the street flourishing (lie bar and a long knife. Call ing al an hotel lie asked for drinks, offer ing the point, ol the knife in place of tin money. He was eventually rounded up by half : hundred residents. On being charged ii lhe local court he said: “My name is Adam and this (pointing to an invisible witness is my wife—Eve. I own the country, am this is the Carden of Eden.” “Adam” was remanded for incdica observation.
