(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Dee. 23, The New Zealand Golf Association is mooting with excellent support from the clubs in the matter of then' proposal to raise a fund for the purpose of enabling the Xo\v Zealand open champion, F. b. Douglas, to go Home and compete m the next" P.vilisli open championship at bamiwich. Douglas was winner ,of the New Zealand open championship m laid, UIL 1919 atld 1921. From early m 1915 mull ,hc beginning of 1919 he was on active service.
