MINIATURE RIFLE MATCH.
The Linton Rifle Club visited Rongotea. last, evening for the purpose of firing a match with the newly-formed Miniature Rifle Club there. After a very close- contest a win resulted for the Rongotea ( lobby one point. After the match the local team was entertained at supper, during the course of which several matters of interest, to the promotion and welfare of miniature rifle shooting wore discussed.
