DELEGATES TO THE LEAGUE.
LONDON, August 9. Lord Robert Cecil in the House of Commons. questioned the satisfac-ormess of the British delegates to the League oi Nations belonging to purely official class Ho declared that the Government s action showed profound contempt for the League. The Speaker condemned Lord Cecil s remarks. —A. and N.Z. cable.
