RESUMPTION OF TRADE. LONDON. July 10. A Moscow wireless details the terms on which trade with will ;be resumed. It is provided that the Soviet Government refrain from military action or propaganda, and assisting Eastern peoples against British interests. Britain will retain the right to object to the appointment of any Soviet official agent . M. Krassin, with a strengthened staff, is leaving for London. LONDON, July 9.
