Owners' Federatin adds, with reference to the refusal of the Miners' Federation to accept its own nominee as chairman, tint tho Mino Owners' Federation is still prepared to acceps Mr Hally if ho is given tho power to deride iinv matters left unsettled, if th'o Minors' Federation would prefer Mr llall.v to the I'rhne Minister in that capacity.
