Messages from Ohio state that Governor Cox (Democratic nominee for the Presidency) will not make any statement concerning the campaign plans or the issues until he has had an opportunity to confer with Mr Roosevelt (nominee for the Vice-Presidency) and the Democratic Party leaders. Tho so-called Third Party, which is expected to place Presidential candidates in the field in opposition to the Republicans and Democrats, will soon hold a convention at Chicago. The party is composed of the former Labour Party, the Agricultural non-Parti-san League, war veterans, and those generally dissatisfied with the two major parties. It is understood that Senator La Follette, of Wisconsin, will bo the Party's Presidential choice.—(A. and N.Z. cable.) , WILSON ELATED WITH NOMINEES. Received July 10, S3O a.m. WASHINGTON, July.B.
