ACCOUNTANT STUDENTS' SOCIETY.
The fourth meeting of the Accountant Student..' Society was held in the Technical School last night, whon Mr L. M. Abraham, BA., delivered a lecture upon the Laiv of Contracts. The lecturer said ho would confine himself to a few of tho principles governing contracts, and deal more particularly with simple contracts and those of which business men should have some idea. The formation, the. essentials and the consideration relating to contracts were matters upon which Mr. Abraham | gave :i very dear and interesting expression of his view. Upon the motion of Mr It. A. Fuller (chairman), a very hcartv veto of thanks was accorded the lecturer.
