Received June 19, 10.25 a.m. SYD.vKV, June 19, There is a strong movement ai'oofi among Federal members to utilise the Prince's visit to Canberra on Monaay, to lay the foundation stone of the Fedt eral Parliament House to force the Gov-* ernment's hands over its inaction ia transferring the seat of the Federal Parliament from Melbourne to Can* berra. A large section of the menu bers, who are restive over the shelving of the transfer, formed a deputation ta Air Hughes, who explained that the money question was the cause of the delay. The Government was commit-* ted to Canberra by his pre-election] jolicy speech.—(Press Association.)
